| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Application of Section 33 and Part IV) (Salary of Employees) Regulations. |
| Application of section 33 and Part IV of Act |
| 2. Section 33 and Part IV of the Act shall apply to employees (other than workmen) who are in receipt of a salary not exceeding $1,600 a month. [G.N. No. S 395/2007] |
