| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Factories (Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice) Order. |
| Compliance with Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice |
| 2. The occupier of a factory shall comply with the Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice (including amendments thereto) set out in the Schedule. |
