Citation |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Films (Licensing) Regulations. |
Definition |
2. In these Regulations, “distribution point” means a place from which films are distributed. |
Fee for licence and renewal thereof |
3. The fee payable for a licence granted under section 7 of the Act, or for the renewal thereof, in respect of each of the following businesses shall be $1,500 for 2 years or part thereof:

5.—(1) A licence granted under section 7 of the Act in respect of any business of temporary distribution of films shall be valid for such period, not exceeding one month, as the Licensing Officer may determine.

6.—(1) The Licensing Officer may, before granting a licence, require the applicant to give a cash deposit or a bank guarantee of not more than $20,000 —

7. Any licence granted under section 7 of the Act in respect of any business for importing, making, distributing or exhibiting films and in force immediately before 15th June 2001 shall continue to be in force until its expiry and shall, if renewed, be renewed in accordance with the provision of these Regulations. |
