| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. All offences under the Act or regulations made thereunder may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 51(1) of the Act. |
