| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Land Office and Survey Department) Order. |
| Fees leviable in Land Office and Survey Department |
| 2. The fees set out in Parts I and II of the Schedule shall be leviable in the Land Office and Survey Department, respectively. |
