| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Immigration Department — Supply of Copies of Reports and Statements) Order. |
| Fees |
2. The following fees shall be leviable by the Controller of Immigration for such copies of reports and statements as the Controller may permit to be supplied to the public:

| 3. A fee of $10 shall be leviable by the Controller of Immigration for every search for a report or statement in the possession of the Immigration Department. |
