Fees (Copyright Act — Border Enforcement Measures) Order

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Copyright Act — Border Enforcement Measures) Order.

Definitions

2. In this Order —

“authorised officer”, “copyright material” and “Director-General” have the same meanings, respectively, as in section 140A of the Copyright Act (Cap. 63);

“conveyance” has the same meaning as in the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Cap. 272A);

“seized copies” means copies of copyright material which were seized by an authorised officer under section 140B of the Copyright Act (Cap. 63).

Fees

3. There shall be payable to the Director-General in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof.
