| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) Order. |
| Fee |
| 2. There shall be payable to the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports a fee of $250 in relation to every appointment of the Director of Social Welfare as guardian ad litem in adoption proceedings in the High Court or in a District Court. [G.N. No.S 297/2004] |
