| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Agricultural Services and Products) Order. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Director of Primary Production in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof. |
| Remission of fees |
| 3. The Director of Primary Production may remit wholly or in part the fees payable under this Order. |
