| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Education) Order. |
| Fee |
| 2. There shall be payable to the Director-General of Education a fee of $400 in respect of an application to register a school. |
| Remission |
| 3. The Director-General of Education may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under this Order. |
