| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Housing Developers (Exemption) Notification. |

| 2. The Minister hereby exempts the developers appointed from time to time under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act (Cap. 99A) from such rules as are made under section 22 (2)(d) and (e) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act. [G.N. No. S 260/96] |
