Citation
1.
These Rules may be cited as the Land Revenue Collection (Fees) Rules.
Fees
2.
—(1) The following fees shall be payable under the Act:
(
a
) for service of a notice of demand
$20
(
b
) for service of a notice of sale
$30.
(2) A Collector of Land Revenue may in his discretion remit either wholly or in part both or either of the fees specified in these Rules.
