Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Variation of Initial Period) Regulations.

Variation of initial period

2.—(1) In the case of any management corporation constituted for any designated land pursuant to an application under section 126 as modified by section 126A of the Act, “initial period” means the period of 90 days commencing on the day on which the management corporation is constituted.

(2) In paragraph (1), “designated land” has the same meaning as in section 126A(5) of the Act.
