1. These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Labelling of Aspirin Products) Regulations. |

3. Where a container, which is in the form of a bubble, blister or other sealed unit, is part of a continuous series comprising a sheet or strip of like containers, regulation 2(1) shall be deemed to have been complied with if the caution referred to in that regulation is printed or displayed or otherwise marked in a prominent position at frequent intervals on the sheet or strip of the container. |
Penalty |
4. Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 2 or 3 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both. [S 230/87] |
