For the purposes of the Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)

the Director, Operations Department, Police Headquarters, to be the Controller of Martial Arts; and

(b)

the following persons to be Assistant Controllers of Martial Arts:

(i)	Head, Licensing Division, Police Headquarters; and
(ii)	Executive Officer, Martial Arts Control Unit, Police Headquarters.
