Citation |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Armed Forces) (Exemption) Regulations. |

2. Notwithstanding sections 5 and 8 of the Act —

Responsibility of issuing authority |
3. Any medical practitioner issuing the authorisation referred to in regulation 2(c) shall —

Responsibility of persons authorised |
4. Any member of the Armed Forces authorised in accordance with regulation 2 shall —
|
Preservation of records and inspection |
5. All authorisations, records and related documents issued and kept in pursuance of these Regulations shall be preserved in the unit of the Armed Forces to which they relate for a period of 3 years and shall be subject to inspection at all times by any officer empowered under the Act or by any inspector appointed under the Misuse of Drugs Regulations.
