| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Offences which may be compounded |
| 2. The offences referred to in sections 11(5), 13(1), 14(1), 27(3), 31(2), 40(1), 45(2), 46(3), 53(2), 89(2), 128(2), 143(4), 209(2), 212(2), 229(4), 236(4) may be compounded by the Director of Marine in accordance with section 391A of the Act. |
