| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Authorised Organisations) Regulations. |
| Authorised organisations |
| 2. The organisations specified in the Schedule are authorised organisations for the survey or inspection of Singapore ships and the issue of any certificate under Part V of the Act. |
