Declaration of Prison

The Minister for Home Affairs has declared No. 95, Portsdown Road, Singapore 139299, to be a prison to be known as Portsdown Prison for the purposes of the Act and defines the said place to be a prison for the custody of all classes of prisoners, convicted, remanded or detained under any written law.
