| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Hotel Concession) Rules. |
| Prescribed land for purpose of section 36 (3A) of Act |
| 2. For the purpose of section 36(3A) of the Act, the prescribed land shall be any land specified in Part I of the Schedule and more particularly delineated in the maps set out in Part II thereof. |
