| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections (Prescribed Date) Order. |
| Prescribed date |
| 2. For the purposes of section 5(1), (1A) and (2) of the Act, the prescribed date shall be 31st August in any year instead of 1st July. |
