| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Exemption) Order. |
| Definition |
| 2. In this Order, “arts entertainment” has the same meaning as in the Schedule to the Act. |
| Exemption |
| 3. The Minister hereby exempts any arts entertainment which is held in a building or tent from the requirement in section 12 of the Act that the licence for such arts entertainment be prominently displayed at the building or tent. |
