| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (School Dental Clinics — Exemption) Notification. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The Minister hereby exempts the dental clinics set out in the Schedule from the requirements of regulation 10(3) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1), subject to the requirements, conditions and restrictions imposed by the Director in the letter of approval issued in respect of the dental clinics. |
