Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification

1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) (Consolidation) Notification.

2. The Minister hereby exempts —

(a)	Westpoint Family Hospital from regulation 24(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1), subject to any requirements, conditions and restrictions as may be imposed; and [S 480/2001 — 1.10.2001]
(b)	every hospital set out in the Schedule from regulation 24(3) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1, 2002 Ed.), subject to such conditions as may be imposed in the letter of approval issued by the Director in respect of the hospital.
