| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption of Clinical Laboratories) Notification. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The Minister hereby exempts the Defence Medical Research Institute and the DSO National Laboratories from the licensing requirements of section 5(1) of the Act, subject to the conditions imposed in the letter of approval issued by the Director in respect of those clinical laboratories. |
