Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Exemption) (No. 2) Order.

Exemption

2. The Parking Places (Parking of Heavy Vehicles) Rules (R 4) shall not apply to —

(a)

any heavy vehicle belonging to the Government;

(b)

any heavy vehicle falling within the category of vehicles specified in section 14(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (f) of the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276);

(c)

any bus used for public transportation registered in the name of —

(i)	SBS Transit Ltd;
(ii)	SMRT Buses Ltd; or
(iii)	Singapore-Johore Express Pte. Ltd.; or

(d)

any heavy vehicle registered in the name of any statutory board.
