| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity Supply Wattage for Special Agreements) Notification. |
| Electricity supply wattage for special agreements |
| 2. Any person who requires a supply of electricity where the maximum power to be made available to the person at any time exceeds 5 megawatts may, in accordance with section 54 of the Act, enter into a special agreement with a public electricity supplier for the supply on such terms as may be specified in the agreement.
