Citation |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Tariffs for Gas) Regulations. |

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

General Tariff |
4. The General Tariff set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be applicable to the supply of gas to all consumers unless an application to be charged in accordance with the Bulk Tariff set out in Part II of the Schedule has been made by the consumer and approved by the Board. |
Bulk Tariff |
5. Where the Board has approved a consumer’s application to be charged in accordance with either Bulk Tariff A or Bulk Tariff B set out in Part II of the Schedule, the consumer shall be charged for —

BULK TARIFF CHARGES PRIOR TO 1ST OCTOBER 1991 |
6. Notwithstanding regulation 5, where the Board has approved a consumer’s application to be charged in accordance with Bulk Tariff B prior to 1st October 1991, the consumer shall be charged for 50,000 units per month if the total amount of gas consumed in a month is less than 50,000 units. |
