| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 4/1978) Notification. |
| Variation of conditions of exemption |
| 2. The conditions imposed by the Minister on CRL Realty Pte Ltd (formerly known as DBS Realty (Private) Limited) for exempting the company from the provisions of the Act are hereby varied as set out in Document (1) R/E 38 and R/E 43 [Variation of Exemption No. 4/1978] dated 26th October 2001, the particulars of which are set out in the Schedule. |
