Redundancy Payments Fund (Exemptions) (Consolidation) Order

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Redundancy Payments Fund (Exemptions) (Consolidation) Order.

Exemptions

2. The following are exempted from the operation of the Redundancy Payments Fund Act:

(a)

every employer in Singapore as defined in paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of “employer” in section 2 of the Act;

(b)

the United Kingdom Joint Command Secretary, in respect of the locally-recruited civilians employed by the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom in Singapore; and

(c)

the Financial Adviser, Headquarters, New Zealand Force (South East Asia), in respect of the locally-recruited civilians employed by —

(i)	the New Zealand Force (South East Asia); and
(ii)	the Royal Australian Air Force Support Unit, [S 24/76] [4.2.76]

in Singapore for the period between August 1971 and September 1974.
