Appointment of Competent Authorities

The Minister for Defence has appointed the following officers to be competent authorities for the purposes of the Requisition of Resources Act:
(1)Controllers, Civil Resources Authority.
(2)Commanders of Divisions of the Singapore Armed Forces.
(3)Commanders, People’s Defence Force Commands of the Singapore Armed Forces.
(4)Assistant Chief of the General Staff (Logistics) of the Singapore Armed Forces.
(5)Chief Engineer Officer of the Singapore Armed Forces.
(6)Commander, Supply and Transport Headquarters of the Singapore Armed Forces.
(7)Head of the Air Logistics Department of the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
(8)Commander of the Naval Logistics Command of the Republic of Singapore Navy.
(9)Commissioner of the Singapore Joint Civil Defence Force.
(10)Officers Commanding of Divisions of the Singapore Joint Civil Defence Force.
