| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Retirement Age (Composition of Offences) Regulations. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under section 4(3), 8(7) or 9(3) of the Act may be compounded by an investigating officer in accordance with section 10(1) of the Act. [G.N. No. S 85/2007] |
