The Director of Sewerage and Drainage has authorised the following officers of the Ministry of the Environment to act on his behalf:

(1)	the Engineering Service Officers and the Technical Support Officers of the Sewerage, Drainage and Pollution Control Departments; and [S 208/99 — 1.4.99]
(2)	the Environmental Health Officers in the Central Building Plan Unit, Pollution Control Department. [S 536/2000 — 1.11.2000]
