Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Compoundable offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 70 of the Act:

(a)	any offence under section 11(4), 14(4), 16(1), 18(1), 19(2), 20(1), 31(5), 34(2), 35(2), 41(1) or 46 of the Act;
(b)	any offence under regulation 3, 4(1), 5 or 6(1), read with regulation 8, of the Sewerage and Drainage (Sanitary Works) Regulations (Rg 2);
(c)	any offence under regulation 4, read with regulation 6, of the Sewerage and Drainage (Surface Water Drainage) Regulations (Rg 4); and
(d)	any offence under regulation 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11, read with regulation 14, of the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) Regulations (Rg 5). [G.N. No. S 269/2006]
