| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Skills Development Levy (Exemption) Order. |
| No skills development levy in certain circumstances |
| 2. No skills development levy shall be chargeable for any month in respect of any employee whose employment with an employer commences and ceases in the same month. |
| Non-application of Order |
| 3. This Order shall not apply in the case of an employee who is employed by the same employer for periods amounting in the aggregate to more than 31 days. |
