| 1. These Rules may be cited as the State Lands (Fees) Rules. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees specified in the Schedule are inclusive of the goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A) on the supply of goods or services in respect of which such fees are payable. |
