| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Women’s Charter (Matrimonial Proceedings — Fees) Rules. |
| Rules to be read with Women’s Charter (Matrimonial Proceedings) Rules and Women’s Charter (Parenting Plan) Rules |
| 2. These Rules shall be read in conjunction with the Women’s Charter (Matrimonial Proceedings) Rules (R 4) and Women’s Charter (Parenting Plan) Rules (R 7). |
| Fees in matrimonial proceedings |
| 3. The fees chargeable in respect of matrimonial proceedings under the Act shall be as specified in the Schedule. |
| Fees on appeals in matrimonial proceedings |
| 4. The fees chargeable in respect of appeals to the Court of Appeal in matrimonial proceedings shall be as specified in items 126 to 130 of Appendix B to the Rules of Court (Cap. 322, R 5). |
