| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Factories (Safety Training Courses) Order. |
| Persons to attend safety training courses |
| 2. The occupier of a factory shall ensure that the classes or description of persons employed in the factory set out in the first column of the Schedule attend the safety training courses conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Training and Promotion Centre or other training institutions approved by the Chief Inspector set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof. |
