Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31 and 143 of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 12th January 1996.

2. Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “and the Barter Trade Control Area in West Coast Road” in paragraph (a).
