Building Control (Exemption for Public Authorities from Accredited Checker and Accredited Checking Organisation Requirements) (Cancellation) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18B of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Building Control (Exemption for Public Authorities from Accredited Checker and Accredited Checking Organisation Requirements) (Cancellation) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 9th January 2006.

Cancellation

2. The Building Control (Exemption for Public Authorities from Accredited Checker and Accredited Checking Organisation Requirements) Notification (N 2) is cancelled.
