(Licensing and Conduct of Business)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 99(4), 100(1), 337(1) and 341(1) of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 8 January 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Paragraph 5(1) of the Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations (Rg 10) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the word “corporations” in sub‑paragraph (h) and substituting the words “bodies corporate”; and
(b)	by deleting the word “corporation” in sub‑paragraph (h) and substituting the words “body corporate”.
