Poisons (Amendment) Rules 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Rules 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. The Ninth Schedule to the Poisons Rules is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$62.50” and “$500” in paragraph 1 and substituting “$75” and “$600”, respectively; and
(b)	by deleting “$25” in paragraph 2 and substituting “$30”.
