In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995 (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 27 December 2024.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  In the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995, in the Fifth Schedule, in Part 1, in item 6(d), replace “rule 8” with “rules 8 and 8A”.
