(SAFRA National Service Association —
Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (SAFRA National Service Association — Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2021.

Definitions

2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

“draw” means the draw to be held as part of the promotion at SAFRA Mount Faber, 2 Telok Blangah Way, Singapore 098803 on 25 April 2022;

“organiser” means the SAFRA National Service Association, a society registered under the Societies Act;

“promotion” means the promotion called “FY21/22 Q4 SAFRA Family Scheme Bonus Draw” that is to be made available from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 (both dates inclusive) on the mSAFRA mobile application platform and the website at m.safra.sg maintained by the organiser;

“public accountant” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Accountants Act.

Exemption

3.—(1) The organiser is exempt from sections 11, 13, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the promotion and the draw.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
