(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Platform Workers Act 2024, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Platform Workers (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Platform Workers (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2024 (G.N. No. S 843/2024), in regulation 2, after “section 7(2),”, insert “79(2),”.
