Environmental Public Health Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. Regulation 13(7) of the Environmental Public Health (Toxic Industrial Waste) Regulations is amended by deleting “$10” and substituting “$11”.
