Currency Act
(Chapter 69)
Currency (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Currency Act, the Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Currency (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3 of the Currency Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$2” in paragraph (1) and substituting “$2.50”; and
(b)by deleting “$3” in paragraph (2) and substituting “$3.50”.
