Wholesome Meat and Fish Act 1999

Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act 1999, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 2000.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 1999 (G.N. No. S553/99) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

(ii) $80 per hour or part thereof (outside office hours or on an urgent basis)
2. For the inspection by a veterinary public health officer of pigs, sheep, goats or cattle or the carcasses thereof at a licensed slaughter-house
