Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Pension Fund Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 10 of the Schedule to the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Special Resignation Scheme” under the heading “Subject”, the words “for pensionable officers”.
