(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Work Injury Compensation Act 2019, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 January 2025.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 734/2020), in regulation 2(a), before “35(8),”, insert “34P(1) or (4),”.
